I was spanked as a youth, but I think only twice! Both times I was in tears almost immediately.
I believe it was by my father, but it may have been once by my mother and once by my father.

What probably started my erotic fascination with spanking was something I read as a youth. I was already experienced puberty, and searching for sexual outlets for the mind. Maybe age 10.
At this early age, I read about a woman taking young men into a room for a spanking, and I think it suggested more than spanking. The author then described how this month was his turn to be taken into this room, and the thought of more happening than spanking caused an immediate erection. Thus, spanking and sex were intertwined.
By reading spanking magazines, spanking stories, and now so many sites on the internet, I still having the same erotic reactions.(erections)
I believe that daily sexual thoughts is something that helps keep you young.

ReplyDeleteYes, for a brief period between roughly the ages of 4.5 to 6.5. During that time my biological parents were unable to be there -- provide the time and support that every child needs. Instead, I was mostly cared for by a foster-mother (she liked to be called "Auntie _ _ _ _ _" -- not real names, for privacy).
Auntie, unlike my bio-parents, believed in very structured, strict child rearing. She always wore a thick leather belt around her shift, and wouldn't hesitate to tan my naked bottom for any disobedience, doing anything unsafe or that made a mess, and most certainly for any perceived disrespect. She'd stretch me over the padded arm or our sofa, holding my chest and head into one of the pillows, with my legs hanging free, unable to touch ground. She'd often go for several minutes, dozens and dozens of stroke, until she was sure I'd learned that particular lesson.
I never considered her to be any any way "abusive," although be modern standards I think many people would. I considered everything she did, every way that she cared for me (99% of time), as well as discipline (1%) to come from a place of most sincere caring, love and determination to best help me!
Our relationship came to a sudden end one day when my bio-parents became concerned that she had taken me into an ER for medical care for an accidental injury (broken bones) that those parents had ignored for almost two months. (They didn't object to Auntie thrashings, but I never say her again after she really helped me -- helped in a very serious situation -- where they did not.)

Not, not at all. Spanking hold an important place in my and my wife's life together, but for me it is certainly NOT a "fetish," by either "common" or "medical/psych" definitions of that term. It's certainly not something that I find "erotically arousing," so I don't even think it could be called a "kink."
However, I must certainly have a "empowered female authority" fetish that meets the medical definition. "Spanking" is simply a way that my wife often expresses her "empowerment" and "authority" -- those are what I find arousing (before and after; NOT during)!
I was spanked, though not often. I recall the scenario surrounding one early spanking by my mother, though not the spanking itself. (I left the house to go up the street to play with an older boy my mother didn't want me hanging out with unsupervised, though I think the spanking was more about me leaving without telling her.) I'm pretty sure I was spanked by my father, but I don't remember it. I do remember vividly one spanking by my stepfather.
ReplyDeleteI don't think I have a spanking fetish, and whatever the correct label is for my interest in spanking, I don't think it was caused by being spanked as a child; if anything, it might be linked to not being spanked enough.
I didn't have any interest in spanking until I was in my late 30s. I think the large gap between my few childhood spankings and my late-developing spanking interest indicates the former did not cause the latter. Further, when a spanking interest did manifest, it was tied very closely not to being spanked per se but to being disciplined and punished, i.e., to being held accountable and having boundaries imposed by someone. That's why I don't think I have a spanking fetish per se. By itself and removed from the disciplinary context, spanking does nothing for me.
I agree that I do not think their is a relationship from bieng spanked as a child, and my spanking desires (fetish). i like that being spankied by Cindy levels the playing field, otherwise I would be totally dominant. Red
