How did spanking become a part of your marriage (or relationship)!

 Well, a little rambling, like Dan calls riffing, about us.

I have had a fantasy kink about spanking, since as long as I can remember. (from sometime in my teenage years). My initial thoughts were of being the spanker, but an equal fascination of being spanked when I would see that situation in a magazine in photos or simply being described in words. Spanking thoughts and putting yourself into the spanknig always created an erection for me, with the normal results for a young male.

I hid spanking from my future wife, as I loved her and did not want her to think of me as a pervert and thus an undesirable life partner. We married in our early mid 20's. We have children, and never spanked our kids. I eventually gave in to my fetish with buying spanking magazines and hiding them away, like I had done in my teenage years, and after more than ten years told her a bit more about my kink. She wanted nothing to do with it, but did not prohibit my buying magazines as long as I hid them.

Fast forward another 20 years and with two of the three children grown up and left the home, I broached trying spanking when the youngest was out. It was not accepted as an idea to pursue.

By the time the youngest was away to university, I had discovered the Disciplinary wives club, and purchased many of their publications, one of which was for the woman whose husband wants her to spank him, and how to mentally approach spanking her man. Another was for the man as to how to discuss that you would be the person being spanked, and accepting being spanked, and promoting your wife that she will have a positive experience.

Cindy, knowing this was a fetish that would never go away, read the material on the website, and what I had purchased! She agreed to parts of what she read, but felt parts were too severe to ever be reasonable.  I liked the nonchalance of spanking your husband when needs it, as personified in this photo from the website 

I always loved the wife smiling, and the idea that a wife smiles while spanking you, and solving a problem.

I started a blog called spankedhubby, after discovering the dwc website, but after many years my blog simply disappeared, without any warning or explanation. 

I have purchased many implements over the years, many from the DWC site when it existed. We threw away ones that were too severe.  We visited Aunt Kay once, and slowly spanking has become more of our life.

Cindy and I are now quite happy with spanking, but it still happens in stages, as previously described on this blog

Cindy is now quite happy when spanking me, for whatever reason she feels needs to be changed or for something I did that upset her.

We are in our late 70's (past what one would call our middle 70's) and have a very exciting sex life after more than 50 years being married. 

I still get erections (sometimes) by being told I will be spanked, and the erotic thought fills the moment,, but age and knowing it will be a real spanking, not a play spanking, does temper my reaction sometimes.

Cindy is very receptive to love making the day after spanking me. but rarely the day of.  A spanking is given for a reason, and is not rewarded with sex afterwards. Anticipation does exist however, for both of us, and the passion is even greater when making love.

Many things can get in the way of a couple having sex as they age, and to me I think spanking helps keep the love and sexual desire AWAKE!

Are you spanked when on a vacation? (updated)

 Here is an interesting thought for you to consider. 

Identical to being in a cabin on a cruise ship, where the walls are paper thin, and you have no idea who is walking by in the hallway.

1. Are you spanked while on vacation?

2. If yes, then the obvious follow-up is what implements do you bring with you when traveling?

3. What places have you been spanked in? (hotels, cruise cabins, airbnb, in the car at the side of the road, or park and enter the forest to be spanked, or even at a friend's house) Other places are also welcome.

1. Personally, I am spanked on almost every vacation, if not all vacations. We tend to travel for longer times, so the idea of not being spanked while away seems highly unlikely. Some spankings are at my request, some are a surprise that I am about to be spanked.

2. Normally, we take the short tawse and the wooden bath brush, but have at times taken the cane also. I always wear a belt so that is also available. Cindy normally uses botht he tawse and bath brush for any spanking.

3. The paper thin walls of a cruise ship cabin, or inexpensive hotels, no longer in any way detour a spanking occuring. The most we do is turn the music on, and then Cindy spanks as long as she desires.

4. I am certain we have been heard, as on the occasional cruise the person leaving the cabin next door at the same time we are , seems to stare for a moment, grasping the situation. I smile and keep walking. For certain some cabin stewards must have heard, because you never know when they are in the hallways. We do LOCK the door and put up the do not disturb sign.

However, the sound of a solid spanking with a bath brush is very loud!

Spanked in the daytime does not mean that is all for the day

Being spanked on vacation and possibly being heard adds to the effectiveness of feeling submissive, and agreeable for whatever Cindy would like to do!

Your opinion on AI generated spanking photos and videos

I am very against AI generated spanking photos! I like seeing real people being spanked by real people.  This also keeps real people invovled in creating spanking scenes, and either spanking or being spanked.  AI has not to my mind generated believable figures in spanking scenes. 

In addition, spanking photos where the spankee's bottom is made to look redder than reality is simply wrong in my opinion.

This photo looks entirely real to me. as a determined spanker can achieve it.

Some tumblrs and blogs are moving into AI generated photos, and I simply remove those sites from my feed.

Animating with voice of a spanking scene is also very common, but to me, it is still unreal.  The fact that the spanker is saying words about spanking is somewhat similar to photos with captions. However, in photos of real people with captions, the key to making it successful is that it takes your imagination  and thinking to visualize the scene to make it real. You are drawn in by the words as though they are being directed at you. When the whole description of what is about to happen is stated, clinically, it loses its magical connection to your mind. 

Spanking art has always been an attraction for me, if the artist is good at setting a scene. 

Sadly, underling has stopped blogging, but a link on the side of my blog takes you to his site, which still remains. He adds wonderful text making his art just a part of the complete story of a spanking.

Why are you spanked, or why do you spank?

I am the spankee!

We have evolved from the first days when Cindy after a lot of discussion  started to spank me at my request, to please me, and sometimes simply as foreplay.

Now spankings are for real, but she stops when I am showing distress. I will hate it, but someday she may spank me to freely flowing tears (crying), which is probably the goal for a REAL spanking.

Why she spanks 

A) Her stress might be about how I will behave when visiting with people. So before we go, this would happen.

She re-states and reinforces some rules as she spanks me.

1. Talk less, listen more.

We all must have some friends that do not even say how was your vacation, but simply talk about their life, their vacation, their anything and everything, with maddening detail. They are inherently good people, and do kind things, but simply talk forever and a day. Thus, I should not be one of them.

2. Before visiting friends or family:

No politics. In reality, you cannot change a person's political outlook unless they are starting to question their own political party.  I have started to simply state that when they complain about something, that our Canadian government has a 70 Billion dollar deficit, but will add 60 to 90 billion to that deficit to build a high speed rail from Toronto to Montreal (that nobody needs). Wish they would spend it on healthcare.  (Some people could make the same case in California with their high speed rail)

3. Control your drinking. If i keep letting the host refill my glass of wine, I forget #1 and #2

B)    My stress:  It builds when I read too much political news, or worrying about the state of the world, or... 

C) My Shouting: When my stress in a discussion gets immense, and I cannot find the words to express myself, and I cannot get Cindy to stop questioning me! However, I also shout at times, and all shouting is unacceptable

D) simple grumpiness:

If I am grumpy, I AM SPANKED. Occasionally I get a warning, are you grumpy, and I smarten up and behave better immediately

E) misbehavior

I am now spanked whenever Cindy decides my behavior warrants it, whether it is:

        NOT doing something that I should have done,

        or doing something I should NOT have done,

        any action she considers rude (a bad joke is one of my faults)

        or ............. the list is  whatever she decides

In summary: Cindy enjoys the idea of changing my behavior for the better (I agree with this)

 Reading posts from other bloggers, it appears that some (many) use role play for initiating a spanking.

Thus, this leads to the question: 

    A) Do you only do role play for spankings

    B) Do you do a mix of some spankings being role play, but some spankings are to correct behaviors

    C) Do you only do behaviorial modification spankings ( can include stress relief, or warnings about behavior before going out)

We have never used role play. 

Spankings started because I asked, and Cindy agreed because she wanted to please me.

They have progressed to Cindy deciding a spanking is needed and spanking me, many of which are on the spot, or as soon as possible. She enjoys solving the problem by spanking me for real.

Do you store spanking photos, videos, captioned photos on your home computer, and why?

I store spanking photos, videos, captioned photos on my home desktop computer. It is my own personal computer, and nobody else uses it. The password is only known by Cindy, so it is a relatively secure place. 

I have no great importance in life, so somebody breaking in and stealing my computer would not have any financial gain by finding the spanking info, and selling this feature of my life to any publication.

I find spanking thoughts sexually exciting, and I think by re-inforcing my desires has helped keep our sexual life alive and extremely amazing. On average, I would guess we have passionate love making three times every two weeks. Cindy and I both being in our late 70's makes this simply amazing. [ married for more than 50 years] Sex is almost exclusively oral both ways, so that one can concentrate on the best orgasm possible for their partner.

or when we get home

or any of the myriad of possibilities leads to having erections daily.

I save some of them, because blogs and tumblrs come and go, and sometimes the  best gets taken down by the provider, or simply because the author is trying to change their daily thinking about spanking, but fortunately some leave the tumblr with posts remaining, or re-start posting.

I rarely look at videos.  The reason is probably that the mental aspects of spanking are what fosters reactions. The thought of being the spankee with other people watching,

 or being spanked by another member of the family

or an in-law, (like a mother-in-law)

 or being spanked in public

or being teased about the spanking that was given,

all add to the aura of spanking.

Are the spanking photos hidden. Sort of: is the best answer but google and internet explorer keep finding new ways to show the most recent I have saved. Saved in documents, in one of many folders, within the first level of that folder there are many folders, within the right one there are many folders, then many more layers being buried downwards, with plenty of red herrings to lead one to give up. (I HOPE)
