I have no idea what to post, so thought I would ramble.
It could be my age, but having too many decisions to make in a short period of time, and doing too many things at once makes the mind and body very, very tired.
So, I am going to, starting tomorrow, try to approach things and devoting time to them by deciding their value in the grand scheme of things!
I have been involved with : and this is a small part of the bigger picture
Exercising (lifting weights and balance),
raking leaves in the yard,
deciding on a snow blower, driving to see it, etc (reading far too many reviews)
having electrical repairs in the house,
doctor's appointments
and many other things that take time and effort
including convincing Cindy to make decisions (she does not do this easily at times)
(i think not making decisions really wears me down)
worrying about the political situation in Canada (and in the USA)
Could it simply be the time of year, with the time change, and shorter daylight hours?
I truly find this insignificant one hour change actually being significant for us (older people well past their early 70's))
How are you managing at this time of year?
Maybe, give a few positive steps you use to lighten the load
I guess one solution is:
I guessPLEASE DO NOT REPLY ABOUT POLITICS. IT HAS NO VALUE EXCEPT TO UPSET PEOPLE!
bottoms up
